A place where many stories are told about our ancestors and even though they may have been poor, they were happy. This concept of Cucina Povera (poor kitchen)—a style of cooking that can be found in every society is all about making great food with simple and whatever available ingredients from the kitchen, forest, farm, ocean, etc. These simple, flavorful, and hearty dishes recreated for this menu will make you feel the love of family and friends. Eno Terra is founded on the principles of regionalism and seasonality drawing from local farmers, fisherman, grass fed beef and poultry producers and three season harvests from our Eno Terra Canal farm. We’ve created an enhanced Enoteca style menu, to complement our Farm to Table multi-course format. Taken from the Greek ‘Enotria’ meaning ‘land of vines,’ Eno Terra is committed to local, seasonal and artisanal food and wine. Our menu, Italian in sensibility and technique, is both adventuresome and inviting.
