Tavola Rustica, which means the Rustic Table, is the pure essence of this Italian eatery. A place where many stories are told about our ancestors and even though they may have been poor, they were happy. This concept of Cucina Povera (poor kitchen)—a style of cooking that can be found in every society is all about making great food with simple and whatever available ingredients from the kitchen, forest, farm, ocean, etc. These simple, flavorful, and hearty dishes recreated for this menu will make you feel the love of family and friends. Trattoria Procaccini

Trattoria Procaccini offers a warm, inviting taste of our family’s favorite meals from Italy, in our kitchen. Using natural, organic ingredients, we cook delicious Italian dishes, with specials based on the season, using goods from local merchants and growers. A delightful array of pizza, fresh salads, handmade pastas, Italian specialties, soups and fresh baked bread make Trattoria the spot in Princeton to get away from the regular and enjoy a plate, just like Nonna made for us, in the comfort of our home away from home.

Eno Terra

Eno Terra is founded on the principles of regionalism and seasonality drawing from local farmers, fisherman, grass fed beef and poultry producers and three season harvests from our Eno Terra Canal farm. We’ve created an enhanced Enoteca style menu, to complement our Farm to Table multi-course format. Taken from the Greek ‘Enotria’ meaning ‘land of vines,’ Eno Terra is committed to local, seasonal and artisanal food and wine. Our menu, Italian in sensibility and technique, is both adventuresome and inviting.

In a neighborhood trattoria-style atmosphere, Teresa's Pizza/Wine Bar, named after our mother Teresa Azario Momo, features simple Italian-inspired fare; unsurpassed seasonal pasta dishes and pizzettes. All of our baked goods are made fresh daily at our bakery, the Terra Momo Bread Company.

Shelley’s Table offers Private & Team Building Cooking Classes.

Shelley Wiseman, cookbook author and former Gourmet Magazine Travel Food Editor, organizes private & corporate cooking classes to promote bonding, creativity, and collaboration. Both as Shelley’s Table, and formerly as The Farm Cooking School, Shelley has been conducting hands-on cooking classes for private and corporate clients for the last 10 years. While Shelley specializes in French and Mexican cooking, she has a variety of sample menus and is happy to work with dietary restrictions and specific requests. Feel free to discuss your desired menu with Shelley. The class is 2 hours long followed by a sit-down dinner for about 1 ½ hours, BYOB.
