Eno Terra

Eno Terra is founded on the principles of regionalism and seasonality drawing from local farmers, fisherman, grass fed beef and poultry producers and three season harvests from our Eno Terra Canal farm. We’ve created an enhanced Enoteca style menu, to complement our Farm to Table multi-course format. Taken from the Greek ‘Enotria’ meaning ‘land of vines,’ Eno Terra is committed to local, seasonal and artisanal food and wine. Our menu, Italian in sensibility and technique, is both adventuresome and inviting.

Shelley Wiseman, cookbook author and former Gourmet Magazine Travel Food Editor, hosts public and private cooking classes in Lambertville, NJ. Themed classes are regularly scheduled for general bookings or can be arranged for private and corporate groups to promote bonding, creativity, and collaboration. She also organizes intimate travel opportunities to various locations across Europe and Mexico.
