Eno Terra Restaurant and Enoteca
Eno Terra is founded on the principles of regionalism and seasonality drawing from local farmers, fisherman, grass fed beef and poultry producers and three season harvests from our Eno Terra Canal farm. We’ve created an enhanced Enoteca style menu, to complement our Farm to Table multi-course format. Taken from the Greek ‘Enotria’ meaning ‘land of vines,’ Eno Terra is committed to local, seasonal and artisanal food and wine. Our menu, Italian in sensibility and technique, is both adventuresome and inviting.
Welcome back to Teresa's Pizza and Wine Bar…where every detail from the olive oil, to the wine, form the basil to the artwork, is in keeping with our mother’s sensibility; that every guest feels that “this visit” is the best one yet. In a neighborhood trattoria-style atmosphere, Teresa's Pizza/Wine Bar, named after our mother Teresa Azario Momo, features simple Italian-inspired fare; unsurpassed seasonal pasta dishes and pizzettes. All of our baked goods are made fresh daily at our bakery, the Terra Momo Bread Company.
Shelley’s Table is a place where people learn how to cook and enjoy the fruits of their labor together in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere. Shelley Wiseman, cookbook author and former Gourmet Magazine Travel Food Editor, organizes travel adventures with foreign culinary experts, with current trips to the Loire Valley, France in June and September, and Oaxaca, Mexico in January 2024. Shelley’s Table is a fun place to learn international cooking with an emphasis on fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. She teaches at several locations in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
