Eno Terra is founded on the principles of regionalism and seasonality drawing from local farmers, fisherman, grass fed beef and poultry producers and three season harvests from our Eno Terra Canal farm. We’ve created an enhanced Enoteca style menu, to complement our Farm to Table multi-course format. Taken from the Greek ‘Enotria’ meaning ‘land of vines,’ Eno Terra is committed to local, seasonal and artisanal food and wine. Our menu, Italian in sensibility and technique, is both adventuresome and inviting.

Pastiamo Pasta Bar and Café offers an authentic Italian dining experience that serves up fresh and dry pasta, antipasti, and dolci in the traditional Italian style, with recipes from the North, Center, and South of Italy. There are also special dinner menus featuring a different regional cuisine each week — guaranteed to take your tastebuds on a delicious trip around Italy. Shelley Wiseman, cookbook author and former Gourmet Magazine Travel Food Editor, organizes private & corporate cooking classes to promote bonding, creativity, and collaboration. Both as Shelley’s Table, and formerly as The Farm Cooking School, Shelley has been conducting hands-on cooking classes for private and corporate clients for the last 10 years. While Shelley specializes in French and Mexican cooking, she has a variety of sample menus and is happy to work with dietary restrictions and specific requests. Feel free to discuss your desired menu with Shelley. The class is 2 hours long followed by a sit-down dinner for about 1 ½ hours, BYOB.
