Chauncey is the perfect place to gather with friends for a meal. Guests can enjoy casual elegance in the Solomon Dining Room as well as the relaxed atmosphere of the Cbar Lounge. Festive special events are our specialty, from outdoor barbecues to elegant receptions. The Solomon Room, Chauncey's main dining room, has floor to ceiling windows that look onto tranquil views of the lake, lawn and gardens. The Cbar features casual fare and beverage service in a lively bistro atmosphere overlooking the lake and grounds and has indoor and outdoor (seasonal) seating. Gather with friends in the Cbar nightly.

Tavola Rustica, which means the Rustic Table, is the pure essence of this Italian eatery. A place where many stories are told about our ancestors and even though they may have been poor, they were happy. This concept of Cucina Povera (poor kitchen)—a style of cooking that can be found in every society is all about making great food with simple and whatever available ingredients from the kitchen, forest, farm, ocean, etc. These simple, flavorful, and hearty dishes recreated for this menu will make you feel the love of family and friends.
