Welcome to PJ's Pancake House! While we are still dedicated to bringing you the best pancakes and omelettes around, we are excited to offer new additions. Shelley’s Table offers Private & Team Building Cooking Classes.
Shelley Wiseman, cookbook author and former Gourmet Magazine Travel Food Editor, organizes private & corporate cooking classes to promote bonding, creativity, and collaboration. Both as Shelley’s Table, and formerly as The Farm Cooking School, Shelley has been conducting hands-on cooking classes for private and corporate clients for the last 10 years. While Shelley specializes in French and Mexican cooking, she has a variety of sample menus and is happy to work with dietary restrictions and specific requests. Feel free to discuss your desired menu with Shelley. The class is 2 hours long followed by a sit-down dinner for about 1 ½ hours, BYOB.
