Welcome back to Teresa's Pizza and Wine Bar…where every detail from the olive oil, to the wine, form the basil to the artwork, is in keeping with our mother’s sensibility; that every guest feels that “this visit” is the best one yet. In a neighborhood trattoria-style atmosphere, Teresa's Pizza/Wine Bar, named after our mother Teresa Azario Momo, features simple Italian-inspired fare; unsurpassed seasonal pasta dishes and pizzettes. All of our baked goods are made fresh daily at our bakery, the Terra Momo Bread Company.

Our passion for great bread lies at the core of our culinary ethos at Terra Momo and is what we strive to perfect at Terra Momo Bread Company each and every day.

In 1982, for the original Teresa's, Carlo and Raoul traveled over an hour each way to to pick up their order of pane artigianale, artisanal bread. In 1998, Witherspoon Bread Company was opened and immediately became a must visit in the Princeton food scene. The new millennium brought a name change to Terra Momo Bread Company, but the spirit of the continuous search for great bread continues to this day. Special flour, time-tested recipes and slow fermentation, along with the skilled hands of our bakers, are the key to creating that elusive "perfect" bread. Simple, yes, but certainly not easy...

We have moved our bakery to Pennington but our mission remains constant; to produce the finest breads, focaccia and croissants in central New Jersey.

Shelley Wiseman, cookbook author and former Gourmet Magazine Travel Food Editor, hosts public and private cooking classes in Lambertville, NJ. Themed classes are regularly scheduled for general bookings or can be arranged for private and corporate groups to promote bonding, creativity, and collaboration. She also organizes intimate travel opportunities to various locations across Europe and Mexico. In each destination she partners with local guides and experts to design a highly personal, small-group experience with access most travelers never get. Guests learn cooking techniques in their place of origin, enjoy both award-winning, high-end dining and hidden regional gems, visit iconic landmarks and become immersed in the culture's art, history, food & wine.
