In a neighborhood trattoria-style atmosphere, Teresa's Pizza/Wine Bar, named after our mother Teresa Azario Momo, features simple Italian-inspired fare; unsurpassed seasonal pasta dishes and pizzettes. All of our baked goods are made fresh daily at our bakery, the Terra Momo Bread Company.

Our passion for great bread lies at the core of our culinary ethos at Terra Momo and is what we strive to perfect at Terra Momo Bread Company each and every day. In 1982, for the original Teresa's, Carlo and Raoul traveled over an hour each way to to pick up their order of pane artigianale, artisanal bread. In 1998, Witherspoon Bread Company was opened and immediately became a must visit in the Princeton food scene. The new millennium brought a name change to Terra Momo Bread Company, but the spirit of the continuous search for great bread continues to this day. Special flour, time-tested recipes and slow fermentation, along with the skilled hands of our bakers, are the key to creating that elusive "perfect" bread. Simple, yes, but certainly not easy... We have moved our bakery to Pennington but our mission remains constant; to produce the finest breads, focaccia and croissants in central New Jersey.Pastiamo Pasta Bar and Café offers an authentic Italian dining experience that serves up fresh and dry pasta, antipasti, and dolci in the traditional Italian style, with recipes from the North, Center, and South of Italy. There are also special dinner menus featuring a different regional cuisine each week — guaranteed to take your tastebuds on a delicious trip around Italy. Shelley Wiseman, cookbook author and former Gourmet Magazine Travel Food Editor, organizes private & corporate cooking classes to promote bonding, creativity, and collaboration. Both as Shelley’s Table, and formerly as The Farm Cooking School, Shelley has been conducting hands-on cooking classes for private and corporate clients for the last 10 years. While Shelley specializes in French and Mexican cooking, she has a variety of sample menus and is happy to work with dietary restrictions and specific requests. Feel free to discuss your desired menu with Shelley. The class is 2 hours long followed by a sit-down dinner for about 1 ½ hours, BYOB.
