Baron Dillon Grille Restaurant and Bar features casual dining, American pub-style fair, inspired cocktails and classic spirits, weekly games, theme night dinners, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Now owned by Mercer County, Hopewell Valley Golf Course's restaurant, banquet room, golf course and pool are fully open to the public. Open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner and Sunday Brunch."
