We opened in 2005 in NYC's West Village with a tiny storefront (and a lot of chickpeas) and were deemed the best falafel by the New York Times. We are committed to making everything from scratch and using the best ingredients: market-fresh produce and 18 different Mediterranean herbs and spices to take your taste buds on a trip with every meal. We serve mouthwatering made-to-order pitas, bowls, salads. Today we have 8 locations across NYC and DC and are excited to now be at The Princeton Shopping Center. We offer in-store dining, takeout, curbside pick-up, and delivery.
