Our passion for great bread lies at the core of our culinary ethos at Terra Momo and is what we strive to perfect at Terra Momo Bread Company each and every day. In 1982, for the original Teresa's, Carlo and Raoul traveled over an hour each way to to pick up their order of pane artigianale, artisanal bread. In 1998, Witherspoon Bread Company was opened and immediately became a must visit in the Princeton food scene. The new millennium brought a name change to Terra Momo Bread Company, but the spirit of the continuous search for great bread continues to this day. Special flour, time-tested recipes and slow fermentation, along with the skilled hands of our bakers, are the key to creating that elusive "perfect" bread. Simple, yes, but certainly not easy... We have moved our bakery to Pennington but our mission remains constant; to produce the finest breads, focaccia and croissants in central New Jersey.
