Alfalfa is a startup eatery born in Hoboken, NJ in 2018, focusing on high-end salads and gluten free doughnuts. Our mission is to inspire joy through balance. We operate customer obsessed and highly tech enabled bi-coastal locations that bring an ingredient-driven approach to providing real food and delightful experiences in our communities. The Alfalfa experience combines elements of life that bring happiness: healthy and delicious salads, doughnuts, breakfast burritos, and an obsession with delighting our guests.
