This outdoor fitness program FOR WOMEN and Men is a complete system that gives you all the support and direction you need to reach your personal fitness desires. People who attend our 4-week program of 12 workouts are creating the bodies they've desired. When all else has failed, Adventure Boot Camp gives you the motivation and the unique, expert-designed workouts to be the BIGGEST WINNER you can be!
Whether it’s a desire for motivation, a need to be held accountable, or simply a wish to work out in a fun and supportive environment, Adventure Boot Camp IS the answer. Elements of the Princeton Adventure Boot Camp program include:
· 12 1-hour energizing workouts per camp at 5:30-6:30 a.m., Monday-Friday (It is a four-week camp. Then we take a one-week break before the next camp starts...) Our Princeton camp also offers an 9:30 a.m. camp!
