The event is hosted by the Italian Cultural Heritage Society, an informal group dedicated to promoting Italy's cultural heritage. Noted Executive Chef/Owner, Michael Moriello will prepare the three-course dinner. Greg Moore of the Moore Brothers Wine Company, one of the region's top wine experts, has selected a sample of fine vintages from various regions in Italy to enliven each course.

"We Italians are passionate about food and wine and it's a passion we want to share," says Claudio Zancani, a native of Genoa. "This dinner is a wonderful opportunity to bring new knowledge and culinary experiences to our friends, while supporting an important charity -The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.."

Zancani notes that Italy's varied landscapes and weather zones produce wines and culinary traditions that are very distinctive from each other. The dinner will reflect that diversity as well as the passion for excellence of Italy's chefs, farmers and winemakers.
