Chefs Come Together to Raise Funds for St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital
elements’ Chef Scott Anderson will participate in St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital’s fourth annual "Cooking for Kids: Gourmet Fare from Everywhere" on Monday, May 2nd at the Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
The event will feature over 50 local and nationally recognized chefs offering samplings of food, wine and other libations. This signature tasting event will help raise much needed funds for pediatric programs and services at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Paterson.
Opening in the fall of 2008, elements combines impeccable service, outstanding wines, beautiful design and a bold farm-to-table menu and cocktail program to reflect the philosophy behind the name.
