Both as Shelley’s Table, and formerly as The Farm Cooking School, Shelley has been conducting hands-on cooking classes for private and corporate clients for the last 10 years. While Shelley specializes in French and Mexican cooking, she has a variety of sample menus and is happy to work with dietary restrictions and specific requests.
