Princeton is the proud home of talented home cooks and professional chefs. In this collaborative event, held by the Historical Society of Princeton and the Arts Council of Princeton, we’re putting their skills to the test. Who will be named Princeton Chili Champion?! Join us at Updike Farmstead for a good old-fashioned Chili Cook-Off where attendees will enjoy samples from professional and amateur chefs before casting their vote. Live music, beer, and cider will complete this festive fall day on the farm! Funds raised will support ACP and HSP community programs. Amateur Registration is $25; Restaurant Registration is $50.
