Tiramisu is a desert layered with lady fingers dipped in espresso, mascarpone and whipped cream, dusted with cocoa and chilled. It may sound fancy when frequently praised by Ina Garten, but Affogato is vanilla ice cream with espresso poured over it, a quick and pleasing end to a summer meal taken al fresco. And learn how to make espresso in a Bialetti espresso maker. Registration is required.

Princeton Farmers’ Market summer market season will take place at the Dinky Train Station parking lot (adjacent to Princeton Wawa) and will run from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., on Thursdays through November 17.
