Saturday February 15, 2020
7:30 PM

Join us for a night of delicious food, featuring rosé veal from calves raised on pasture at Double Brook Farm in Hopewell. With its origins in the UK, 'rosé veal' is the official name for meat from humanely raised calves. Double Brook Farm raises all their cattle on pasture, eating grass in the fresh air, and their veal calves are no exception.

Chef Chase Gerstenbacher has created a terroir-centric menu that highlights the flavor of these premium proteins as well as the superior ingredients brought in by our produce farmers and our bakery. Gather with friends at one of our community tables and enjoy the flavors of this one-of-a-kind dinner.
