Workshop: Making Healthy Food Delicious with Flavor Balancing, The Suppers Program

Learn about flavors and how to prepare healthful foods that are also pleasing to your palate. We will make a salad dressing to experiment with flavors and also prepare and flavor balance a vegetarian soup. Almond flatbreads also served. Take home handouts, recipes and a pint of soup!
