Planning to Prepare to Plan

A friend of mine uses a light hearted expression, which she coined, ‘planning to prepare to plan’. It captures the essence of how our lives are full, our days busy and while we get a lot of little tasks done, there are always huge projects or life events on the horizon that we are continually planning for, but actually making a plan and making headway eludes us.
Decisions and life plans that involve family are some of the biggest and most important. Well, here is a terrific event that you can sign up for that will help with one big item on your list. If you are selling your home or planning to sell your parent’s home in the months ahead, join Pete Callaway on October 21st for a luncheon and panel discussion titled How to sell your home in today’s unique market. As you consider downsizing your house or moving to a new stage in life, this event will arm you with the information you need given today’s real estate market trends. Plus, lunch at Stonebridge at Montgomery is tasty. Trust me. Maybe you can make it a lunch date with your mom and dad?
Make information the first step in your real estate plan. Now you can stop ‘planning to prepare to plan’ and just make some progress. Aren’t you glad I passed it on?
