Inner Bounce

Several years ago I came upon a painting in the Bermuda museum. In describing his painting, the artist used the description ‘inner bounce’; a wonderful expression used to capture the innate desire to get out there and eat up life. Something you either have, or you don’t.

Today it’s snowing! Fabulous, wonderful white stuff that we prayed for as kids and still play in as adults. Before this Winter melts to a close, get to the Poconos and ski or tube. All trails are open. No snow making required. And why wait for the weekend? Play hooky and head to Blue Mountain or Shawnee. At Blue, Monday is Men’s Day, Wednesday is Ladies Day and you’ll get $10 off your tickets. Or pick up your tickets on line and head to Shawnee for their Miser Package any day of the week – three lift tickets for $87.

So embrace your inner bounce. Instead of grumbling about the snow, get out there and have some fun!
