Along with Brick Farm’s menu, they also have limited time Spring Cocktails, which include Bourbon Smores (graham cracker infused bourbon, chocolate, house bitters and chocolate covered toasted marshmallows), Texas Sized 10-4 (sourland mountain gin, pineapple, lime, chartreuse, apricot), Kingdom Club (Barr Hill gin, orgeat, raspberry, lemon, angostura).
Lucy’s Kitchen

Order Seasons 52’s Easter Box, which comes chilled and includes instructions for warming and enjoying at home. The box includes a choice of salad (Field Greens or Romaine Caesar), Side of Roasted French Green Beans with a choice of with Sweet Potato Mash with Maple Pecan Streusel or Yukon Mashed Potatoes, Glazed Spiral Ham with Orange Apricot Glaze and of course, their mini indulgences.

Elements is hosting Easter brunch from 10:30AM-3PM. Cost is $79/pp and $39 for children 12 and under. The first course includes choices such as Smoked Salmon with dill, pickled onion, smoked buttermilk; Linguine with black truffle, mushroom and parmesan; Salad of Local Lettuces & Endive with burrata, beets, sunflower seeds and kumquat; Madai Sashimi with cucumber mizuna, perilla seed vinaigrette; or Scallops with celery root, fennel and black truffle. A second course includes choices of omelette, eggs benedict, black bass or steak and eggs; There is also a third course which includes local cheese, chocolate tart or buckwheat honey. Mistral is also hosting an Easter Brunch from 10:30AM-2:30PM. Cost is $49/adults and children have an a la carte menu. First course includes a choice of Shrimp Bisque; Burrata or Caesar Salad. Second course includes a choice of Soft Scrambled Eggs; Croque Madame; Fried Chicken & Waffle and Third Course includes plates such as French Toast; Cinnamon Sticky Bun or Kaffir Lime Posset. A children’s menu includes Scrambled Eggs with Bacon; Kids Burger with Fries or French Toast & Maple Syrup.
The Peacock Inn

The Peacock Inn will have Easter Brunch, as well as Easter Dinner. The Brunch includes dishes like Jersey Clam Chowder, Cadbury Beignets, Farmers Omelet, Perch Burger, Smoked Fish Plate to name a few.
