With Thanksgiving just around the corner, many area restaurants are offering options to take their delicious offerings home to be reheated and enjoyed this holiday with loved ones. These are just a few.
Elements

Elements is offering Thanksgiving Dinner to go. Orders should be. Placed by Thursday, November 18. Pick ups are Wednesday, November 24 from 2PM-8PM and Thursday, November 25 from 9AM-12PM.
Dinners offer options for 2-4 or 6-8 people. Dinners include roasted turkey, Great Meadow Farm lettuces and herbs, classic stuffing made with Elements’ sourdough and sausage, green bean casserole, whipped Kennebec potatoes, roasted Crimini mushrooms, NJ Pine Barrens cranberry sauce, Elements’ turkey gravy made from drippings, Blue Hubbard Squash Pie. You can add appetizers and bread to your menu including smoked fish dip, baked brie, marinated goat cheese log, foie gras torch and extra cranberry sauce.

Lucy’s offers ala carte items like butternut squash soup, turkey (that feeds a small family or a huge crowd off 22+ people), sweet potatoes with pecans, tuscan bread and sausage stuffing, classic creamy mashed potatoes and more. There’s also a variety of pies, breads and desserts on the menu including cranberry nut loaf, pumpkin cheesecake and pumpkin cookies. Lucy’s is also offering complete dinners for 2.

Seasons 52 is offering the option to dine in with options like Roasted “Never Ever” Turkey (that has never been injected with antibiotics), pan gravy, Yukon mashed potatoes, Brioche and Sage Stuffing, Green Beans, Mashed Butternut Squash, Housemade Cranberry Relish, Pumpkin Pie Mini Indulgences. You can reserve your table now on their website.
They also are offering a Thanksgiving Green Box to go with everything on the menu above, with the option to serve 4-6. The last day to preorder is Monday, November 22 and orders can be picked up on Wednesday, November 24.

DiPaola Turkeys is a family run business that was started by Art DiPaola, Sr. in 1948. It is currently managed by Art DiPaola, Jr. The staff at DiPaola Turkeys is made up of several dedicated individuals including Matt and Kristin DiPaola, Art’s son and daughter.
The Farm Store pick ups will be Tuesday, November 23, 2021 from 8-5. They will not be open Wednesday for pick ups. They will begin accepting orders via phone starting Monday November 1st. Phone Hours are Monday, Wednesdays and Friday from 10-2.

The Entrees include Roasted Griggstown Turkey with cranberry gel, potato puree, creamed green beans, crispy onions and roasted garlic gravy; Seared Okra King Salmon with cauliflower puree, maple-glazed parsnips and truffle butter, to name a few.

Rat’s is offering a 5-course pre fixe menu ($68/per person) with options like Red Kuri Squash Soup, Port Poached Pear Salad or Fig Arugula Salad for starters; Bacon-Wrapped Haricots Vergs, Brie Croustade or Foie Gras Mousse for Seconds. Entrees include choices of Raosted Turkey Breast, Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Pan-Roasted Atlantic Salmon or Garam Masala Spice Cauliflower. Dessert includes Apple Tart Tatin, Pumpkin Genoise or Dark Chocolate Mousse. There is also a children’s menu.
