During the hot days of summer, the Zimmerli Art Museum at Rutgers University is the place to be for budding young artists! Zimmerli Summer Art Camp offers weekly sessions from June 24 to July 26. More than 20 topics are designed for children 7 to 14 years old, from beginning to advanced levels. Studio classes explore such mediums as pastels, sculpture, and watercolor, as well as styles that examine the techniques of ancient Egypt, 19th-century masters, and abstraction. Among popular topics returning this year are Dinosaur Delights, Japanese Animé, and Puppet Power. New classes feature Urban Expressions: The Art of Graffiti and Fashion Design. Morning, afternoon, and all-day classes are available. Complete information and registration form are available at https://bit.ly/ZArtCamp.
