Slow Food Central New Jersey Winter Markets November 26, 27, 28, 2011

Stockton, NJ: Slow Food Central New Jersey kicks off their 7th season of winter farmers markets with three post-Thanksgiving "Eat Slow" Winter Markets offering local food, artisan food products and “Slow Fiber” products on November 25,26 and 27th. WoodsEdge Wools Farm, located at 78 Bowne Station Road in Stockton will open their doors to host the first of the 2011-2012 Winter Markets. The farm's expansive event barn will be the site of the three day Farmers’ Market, with farm tour hay rides and visits with the alpacas and llamas a must. Offerings will include locally grown produce, beef, cheese, alpaca products, baked goods, jams, wine, honey and more. Farmers from around the state plan to participate. Entrance and parking are free.
