Experience Princeton Chef Scott Anderson’s Winning Seafood Dish
For a limited time only, diners can experience the dish that earned elements’ Chef Scott Anderson the opportunity to compete at the Food Network’s Great American Seafood Cook-Off (GASCO) in New Orleans on August 6th. Indeed, Chef Anderson's deliciously fresh and seasonal Fluke with garlic scapes, panko, arrowhead cabbage and herbaceous vinaigrette will be available every evening through July 10th at elements in Princeton, New Jersey.
This winning recipe stole the spotlight last week at the Jersey Seafood Challenge, earning Chef Anderson the opportunity to participate in GASCO and compete against 19 other top seafood chefs nationwide for the title of “King of American Seafood.”
