As summer slowly fades into fall, elements in Princeton invites you to join us at a number of local events to cure those end of summer blues with delicious dinners, dishes, and deals!  From special menus to outdoor events, elements’ September happenings are sure to tantalize your taste buds.
 
Outstanding in the Field
Saturday, September 4th at 3:00 pm

For the second time, chef Scott Anderson and the elements team are participating in this unique dining experience where the concept of “farm to table” dining is altered to result in a “table to farm” meal.  Diners will join local food producers and the host farmers to enjoy a five-course feast at a long, linen-draped table set between the soil and the sky.  For those not able to attend the event in Branchville, elements will be serving the full family-style menu this week, August 30 – September 3, at the restaurant.  The menu is $65 per person and the full table is asked to participate.
