Local foodies unable to attend elements’ James Beard House dinner in New York City on July 13, don’t fret! The same tasting menu Chef Scott Anderson will prepare for diners at the famed James Beard House will be available at elements from Monday, July 12 through Sunday, July 18, so local diners have the opportunity to sample this special menu in Princeton. Recently proclaimed “excellent” by The New York Times, reviewer Karla Cook recognizes the restaurant for making “a consistent effort to use local and sustainable ingredients and maintains high standards in the kitchen and dining room – and does so at fair prices.” These local products and ingredients will be highlighted on Chef Anderson’s summer themed menu.
Each of Chef Anderson’s dishes has been paired impeccably with rosé wines that will complement the flavors and elements on the plate.
